History of the company

Mogilev ice cream factory has state ownership. The factory as an independent structure has been operating since 1991. From 1957 to 1980, the city dairy plant was located in these areas, and for the next 10 years there was a workshop for the production of ice-cream of the Mogilyov dairy plant.

By Order No. 110 of June 30, 1995, the Mogilev Regional Committee on State Property Management and Privatization, the ice cream factory was reorganized into Open Joint-Stock Company “Mogilyov Ice Cream Factory”. Over an almost 20-year history of development, an enterprise has gone through many different stages. The tenure of director Tatyana Alexandrovna Bondarchuk, which began in 2006, was a turning point for the company in the full sense of the word.

The main type of products produced by the company is ice cream. Ice cream – the main type of products produced by the company. Production capacity is 5.7 tons of ice cream per shift. In 1996, a site for the production of mayonnaise with a capacity of 800 kilograms per shift was put into operation. In 2007, in order to expand the assortment of ice cream and improve its quality characteristics, the following were introduced:

  1. Plot for making cheese curds glazed on a stick in the form of an eskimo.
  2. New technological extrusion quenching line for the production of ice cream.

Since 2007, the factory began to produce goods that are unparalleled among the products of Belarusian manufacturers – glazed curd “Tvorozhko-Morozhko”.

The company has developed, implemented, certified and successfully operates:

Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2009.

Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001-2005.

Food Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 22000-2006

In 2010, the company commissioned a new warehouse of raw materials and materials, providing the required microclimate parameters. A complete replacement of equipment with the installation of an automatic washing CIP station was carried out in the mix preparation department, which made it possible to significantly reduce the proportion of manual labor in the cooking process for ice cream mixes, improve the technological process and improve the sanitary and hygienic conditions of production.

In 2011, two old lines M6-OLV3 and the ROLLO-27 line were dismantled. Instead, they purchased and installed the TECHNOSTICK 3000 and IGLO-LINE-9000 multifunctional ice cream production lines. The TECHNOSTICK 3000 line produces popsicle and cheese curds glazed “Tvorozhko-Morozhko”, as well as some types of ice cream with dry dressing. The IGLO-LINE-9000 line makes ice cream packaging in wafer and polystyrene cups, briquettes and wafer cones.

In 2013, the company received the title of Laureate of one of the most prestigious competitions in the Republic – the Prize of the Government of the Republic of Belarus for achievements in the field of quality. This award ensures the organization’s reputation as a reliable manufacturer of high-quality and competitive products, contributes to the expansion of markets, opens up new business opportunities.

In May 2014, the opening of a new production based on the Italian technology of frozen semi-finished dough under the trademark “Delicatesto” took place. Today, the range of products under the trademark “Delicatesto” has more than 20 items: yeast dough, yeast-free dough, croissants, puffs with different fillings, pizza bases, pizza.
